What is a Single Domain License?

Single Domain License allows you to use the purchased BigCommerce theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). All of our BigCommerce themes, templates, and add-ons come with a Single Domain License. If you need to use the themes/add-ons on multiple domains, you must purchase additional licenses.

Where is the add-on package I just paid for?

Our BigCommerce Add-ons/Apps are installed by our Technical Team. Simply providing the code file does not guarantee proper functionality, as our add-ons are custom development works, not pre-packaged solutions. Compatibility with your theme is also crucial, which is why we include Free Installation Service as part of our policy.

You cannot grant us access to your site?

1. Create a demo store with your theme installed. Provide us with admin access to install the add-on on your demo store, and we'll highlight the code we've added for your review. 2. Send us the latest version of your theme, and we’ll install the add-on on our demo store. Once the add-on is integrated, you can review it on the frontend, and we’ll return the updated theme source to you. 3. We can install the add-on on the latest Cornerstone Based theme in BigCommerce, then share the theme source with detailed notes on the code files we’ve incorporated for your review.

This feature provides a streamlined quoting experience tailored for B2B and custom-order workflows. It allows customers to request a quote by selecting products directly from the store and optionally adding additional items manually.

Key Functionality:

Add to Quote from Product Page
Customers can add any product to their quote request directly from the product detail page using a customized "Add to Quote" button.
Dedicated Quote Request Page
A centralized Quote Request page displays all items added, along with quantities, pricing (optional), and an area to enter special instructions or custom product requests.
Manual Product Entry
Customers can manually add additional products or line items not found on the store—ideal for custom or bulk requests.
Quote Submission with Email Notification
Once submitted, the full quote request is emailed directly to the store owner or designated sales contact, including all item details, customer contact information, and any custom notes.

For a period of three months following the installation of your BigCommerce add-on, we offer comprehensive support to ensure everything runs smoothly. If any issues arise during this time, our dedicated support team will be on hand to assist you promptly.
