What is a Single Domain License?

Single Domain License allows you to use the purchased BigCommerce theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). All of our BigCommerce themes, templates, and add-ons come with a Single Domain License. If you need to use the themes/add-ons on multiple domains, you must purchase additional licenses.

Where is the add-on package I just paid for?

Simply providing the code file does not guarantee proper functionality, as our add-ons are custom development works, not pre-packaged solutions. 1. Create a demo store with your theme installed. Provide us with admin access to install the add-on on your demo store, and we'll highlight the code we've added for your review. 2. Send us the latest version of your theme, and we’ll install the add-on on our demo store. Once the add-on is integrated, you can review it on the frontend, and we’ll return the updated theme source to you. 3. We can install the add-on on the latest Cornerstone Based theme in BigCommerce, then share the theme source with detailed notes on the code files we’ve incorporated for your review.
