Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  1. Product or Service Not as Described
    • Issues must be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days of purchase.
    • Clear evidence must be provided demonstrating that the product or service does not match its description on our website.
    • Complaints based solely on misaligned expectations will not be honored.
  2. Technical Issues
    • If a product doesn't function as intended, we will promptly address the issue.
    • Our team reserves the right to rectify errors or defects within 72 hours (excluding weekends).
    • Temporary access to your store may be required to identify and fix issues.
    • Failure to provide timely access may result in delayed resolution and ineligibility for a refund.
  3. Unused Support Extension
    • Refunds for purchased support extensions are only available if requested before the existing support period expires.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the product
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the quality or failure to meet personal expectations
  • Lack of expertise to use the product or service
  • Accidental purchases
  • Inability to access a product due to its removal (we recommend immediate download after purchase)
  • BigCommerce add-ons successfully installed in your store
  • Customization services, including custom development, design, installation, consulting, and other services

Refund Calculation

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be equal to the order total minus any applied discounts.
