As part of our service, we will take care of the following steps to ensure your BigCommerce store is up and running with a new template:

  • Template Installation and Activation: We will professionally install and activate the template of your choice directly on your Shopify or BigCommerce account. This step ensures that the template is properly integrated with your existing store infrastructure.
  • Demo Content Import: We will import the demo images and content that come with the template to your activated pages. This helps you visualize how your store will look with the new design, giving you a clear starting point for customization.
  • Thorough Testing: Before finalizing the process, we will test all aspects of the template to ensure it functions as expected. This includes checking page layouts, links, and overall responsiveness to make sure everything works smoothly.

Once you provide us with your hosting credentials, we will complete the entire process within just 1 business day, delivering an online store with your new template fully installed and operational.

Please Note:

  • This service applies to only one website and involves a clean installation, meaning we will be setting up the template from scratch.
  • The project will commence as soon as we receive accurate and complete store account access details from you.

* We will import only the demo content from your theme's package.

For a period of three months following the installation of your BigCommerce add-on, we offer comprehensive support to ensure everything runs smoothly. If any issues arise during this time, our dedicated support team will be on hand to assist you promptly. We understand the importance of seamless functionality for your business, so we are committed to resolving any problems that may occur, ensuring your add-on performs optimally.   • Is your add-on fully compatible with BigCommerce Stencil?

    Yes, it is.

  • Do you offer free trials?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a trial app to test our add-ons before purchase. Our add-ons involve custom development work, not pre-packaged solutions. After you purchase, we will begin installing the add-ons in your store to ensure compatibility with your theme as described.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

    Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

  • What is a Single Domain License?

    Single Domain License allows you to use the purchased BigCommerce theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). All of our BigCommerce themes, templates, and add-ons come with a Single Domain License. If you need to use the themes/add-ons on multiple domains, you must purchase additional licenses.

  • Where is the add-on package I just paid for?

    Our BigCommerce Add-ons/Apps are installed by our Technical Team. Simply providing the code file does not guarantee proper functionality, as our add-ons are custom development works, not pre-packaged solutions. Compatibility with your theme is also crucial, which is why we include Free Installation Service as part of our policy.

  • You cannot grant us access to your site

    1. Create a demo store with your theme installed. Provide us with admin access to install the add-on on your demo store, and we'll highlight the code we've added for your review.

    2. Send us the latest version of your theme, and we’ll install the add-on on our demo store. Once the add-on is integrated, you can review it on the frontend, and we’ll return the updated theme source to you.

    3. We can install the add-on on the latest Cornerstone Based theme in BigCommerce, then share the theme source with detailed notes on the code files we’ve incorporated for your review.
